As a Senior Manager for Citicorp Data Systems, Inc. Dora worked with financial leaders and their organizations around the world. With the City of San Antonio, TX, she worked as a Health Program Supervisor/Project Coordinator and Education Coordinator in conjunction with other city departments such as Community Initiatives, Healthy Start, Immunizations, WIC, along with PROJECT WORTH, Healthy Start Outreach Counselors and Educators. Dora worked hand in hand with organizations such as March of Dimes, Any Baby Can, the SAMM shelter, Boys and Girls homes, Juvenile Probation departments, the Salvation Army, and local churches. Dora Baker also has experience in Sociological research collaborated with Columbia University and Our Lady of the Lake University with the City of San Antonio. Her teaching efforts encumber Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, and Program Design and Proposal Writing with well established universities both on a local traditional teaching environment and in a global online teaching modem.
